I just realized I have been eating some of the foods mentioned and I should probably scratch them off my list the next time I go to the grocery store. I admit the transition from my current diet to this one can be and will be hard but as I have understood I am entitled for a day where I can devour all the food I crave, but you might want to take it in moderation as every person is different as we all know and it would be best to stay focused on our goal.
